摘  要:以2个有点、1个无点类型有棱丝瓜为材料,分别构建了2个六世代遗传群体(群体RL、群体LD),应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对有棱丝瓜点状斑纹性状进行了遗传分析。有棱丝瓜点状斑纹性状最佳模型是E1(MX2-ADI-ADI)模型,即符合主基因加性-显性-上位性+多基因加性-显性-上位性遗传效应。遗传分析显示,F2群体的主基因遗传率较高,为99.3%,多基因遗传率为0,表明有棱丝瓜点状斑纹性状以主基因控制为主。另外,第1、第2对主基因的加性效应值分别为-0.75、-0.75,显性效应值分别0.24、0.75。加性-加性互作效应值为1.75,显性-显性互作效应值为0.27,加性-显性互作效应值为-0.75,显性-加性互作效应值为0.76,表明第1主基因以加性效应为主,显性效应为辅,且加性为负向效应;第2主基因加性效应与显性效应相当,且分别为负向效应、正向效应。有棱丝瓜点状斑纹性状受环境的影响相对较小,点状斑纹性状的基因型与环境互作效应不大。因此,点状斑纹可作为创新大肉类型有棱丝瓜外观品质性状早期选择的指标。Two materials of Luffa acutangula with spotting and one material of Luffa acutangula without spotting were used to construct two six-generation genetic group(RL and LD)respectively.Genetic analysis of spotting traits in Luffa acutangula was carried out by mixture heredity of major gene and polygene.The best model for the spotting traits of Luffa acutangula was E1(MX2-ADI-AD)model,which was in accordance with the genetic effects of major gene additive-dominance-epistasis+polygene additive-dominance-epistasis.Genetic analysis showed the major gene heritability is high in F2 group,which is 99.3%,and the polygene heritability is 0,which indicates that the spotting traits of Luffa acutangula are mainly controlled by major gene.In addition,the additive effect values of the NO.1 and NO.2 pairs of major genes were-0.75 and-0.75,respectively,and the dominant effect values were 0.24 and 0.75.The additive-additive interaction effect values of two major genes was 1.75,and the dominant-dominant effect values of two major genes was 0.27.The additive-dominant interaction effect values of two major genes was-0.75,and the dominant-additive effect values of two major genes was 0.76,indicating that the first major gene was dominated by additive effect,and supplemented by dominant effect,and additive effect were netative effect.The additive effect and the dominant effect of the second major gene were equal,with negative and positive effects,respectively.The spotting in Luffa acutangula is less affected by the environment,the interaction effect between genotype and environment is not significant.The spotting traits can be used as an index for early selection of appearance quality traits of innovative short cylindrical shape.
