摘  要:以甜瓜种质417为试验材料,通过低温胁迫处理,筛选出最佳的外源褪黑素(MT)、脯氨酸(Pro)和水杨酸(SA)的复配试剂组合,研究其在不同时期对甜瓜幼苗光合特性的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫会引起甜瓜幼苗叶片SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和瞬时水分利用率(WUEt)的下降,导致光合能力减弱;Pn、Gs、Ci和气孔限制值(Ls)的变化情况说明低温胁迫导致Pn的下降先后受到气孔限制因素和非气孔限制因素的影响;外源物质复配试剂可以显著缓解低温导致的甜瓜叶片SPAD值、Pn、Gs、Tr、WUEt的下降速率,在气孔因素和非气孔因素方面均能发挥积极作用,从而减轻低温下甜瓜幼苗的光合障碍。The melon germplasm‘417’was used as the test material,and the best combination of exogenous melatonin(MT),proline(Pro)and salicylic acid(SA)was screened out by low temperature stress treatment.Its effect on the photosynthetic characteristics of melon seedlings in different periods was studied.The results showed that low temperature stress decreased the SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and instantaneous water use efficiency(WUEt)of melon seedling leaves,resulting in a decrease in photosynthetic capacity.According to the changes of Pn,Gs,Ci and stomatal limiting value(Ls),it shows that the decrease of Pn caused by low temperature stress is affected by stomatal limiting factors and non-stomatal limiting factors successively.The exogenous substance compound can significantly alleviate the decline rate of SPAD value,Pn,Gs,Tr and WUEt of melon leaves caused by low temperature,and play a positive role in both stomatal and non-stomatal factors to alleviate photosynthetic inhibition under low temperature.
