摘 要:为了研究不同来源、不同基因型工业大麻品种对Pb富集特征的差异,以云麻6号(ym6)、云麻7号(ym7)、云麻杂2号(Z2)、云麻杂3号(Z3)4个工业大麻品种为研究材料,通过人工添加Pb胁迫的盆栽试验,研究了工业大麻植株响应Pb胁迫的农艺性状、生物量、不同器官Pb富集与转移规律变化。结果表明:(1)4个工业大麻品种在高Pb浓度(≥2000 mg/kg)胁迫下,对其株高、茎粗、根长均有一定程度的抑制,但抑制的程度均较小,植株生长良好;(2)高Pb浓度(≥2000 mg/kg)胁迫下,4个品种的总生物量下降了3.22%~40.26%,其中对Z3各个器官的生物量的影响小于其他3个品种;(3)工业大麻吸收的Pb主要富集在根部,占Pb总含量的54.57%~76.69%;茎、叶、纤维、种子对Pb的富集能力较低,且富集系数和转移系数均小于1;在4个品种中,Z3富集Pb的能力高于其余3个品种。综上所述,该研究能够为选择不同富集能力的工业大麻品种治理不同程度的Pb污染土壤提供科学依据。In order to study the characteristics of Pb accumulation by industrial hemp from different sources and genotypes,Yunma 6(ym6),Yunma 7(ym7),Yunmaza 2(Z2)and Yunmaza 3(Z3)were used as materials to study the changes of agronomic traits,biomass,Pb accumulation and transfer in different organs of industrial hemp plants under artificial Pb stress by pot.The results showed that:(1)Plant height,stem diameter and main root length of 4 industrial hemp varieties were inhibited under high Pb concentration(≥2000 mg/kg),but the degree of inhibition was small,and the plant grew well.(2)Under the high concentration(≥2000 mg/kg)of Pb stress,the plant biomass of 4 industrial hemp varieties decreased by 3.22%~40.26%,and the decrease level of Z3 was less than that of the other 3 varieties.(3)Pb is mainly accumulated in the roots of industrial hemp,accounting for 54.57%~76.69%of the total content.The enrichment ability of stems,leaves,fibers and seeds was lower,and both the accumulation coefficient and translocation coefficient of Pb were less than 1.Among the 4 varieties,Z3 had higher Pb accumulation ability than the other three cultivars.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of Pbcontaminated soil by different industrial hemp varieties.
