摘 要:为探究砷(As)和磷(P)在灰漠土中的竞争吸附特性,采用批实验,结合傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线能谱(EDS)技术对土壤进行表征。结果表明,随着P添加量的增加,土壤对As的吸附量逐渐减小,吸附速率减慢;P初始质量浓度不超过2 mg/L时,As促进土壤对P的吸附。As、P的等温吸附均满足Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型,动力学吸附均符合拟二级动力学模型。As和P均可吸附在土壤分子内O—H、C—H、C=O上,这3种官能团属于竞争吸附位点,As还可以单独吸附到S—H上,吸附反应主要发生在土壤晶格表面。研究区应注意施加磷肥后可能增大土壤中As迁移的风险。To explore the competitive adsorption characteristics of arsenic(As)and phosphorus(P)in gray desert soil,the soil was characterized by batch experiments combined with FTIR,XRD,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the As adsorption capacity of soil decreased with the increase of P addition,and the adsorption rate slowed down.When the initial concentration of P did not exceed 2 mg/L,As promoted the adsorption of P in soil.The isothermal adsorption of As and P in different treatment groups met the Langmuir model and Freundlich model,and the kinetic adsorption met the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Both As and P could be adsorbed on O-H,C-H and C=O in soil molecules,which might belong to competitive adsorption sites.As could be adsorbed on S-H alone,and the adsorption reaction mainly occured outside the soil lattice.The study area should be aware that the application of phosphate fertilizer might increase the risk of As migration in the soil.
