摘 要:热脱附技术因其适用污染物范围广、处理污染土壤效率高等特点,在中国土壤修复工程中应用已初具规模,但热脱附技术本身仍存在高能耗和高碳排放的问题。结合最新相关案例及工程数据,从土壤开挖单元、热处理单元、抽提单元和尾气处理单元等方面针对不同原位和异位热脱附技术的能耗和碳排放情况进行了分析与总结,形成了绿色低碳评价方法,提出了促进热脱附技术节能降碳的绿色低碳措施。Thermal desorption technology has been widely used in soil remediation projects in China due to its applicability for wide pollutants and high efficiency in treating contaminated soils.However,thermal desorption technology is still limited by high energy consumption and high carbon emission.Based on the latest cases and engineering data,the energy consumption and carbon emission of different in-situ and ex-situ thermal desorption technologies were analyzed and summarized from the aspects of soil excavation unit,heat treatment unit,extraction unit and off-gas treatment unit,result in forming green low-carbon assessment method,and putting forward green low-carbon measures to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction of thermal desorption technology.
