摘  要:【目的】研究盐胁迫条件下,施加不同浓度的油菜素内酯(BR)对紫罗兰幼苗生长性状和生理生化的影响,为紫罗兰抗盐栽培提供一定理论依据。【方法】盆栽条件下,对紫罗兰幼苗进行0.5%复盐(等量NaCl和Na_(2)CO_(3)混合)胁迫处理,并喷施浓度分别为0、0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10 mg/L油菜素内酯,分析其株高、茎粗、根长、鲜重、叶绿素(Chl)、可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量,以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等相关生长及生理生化指标的变化,并采用隶属函数对各指标进行综合评价。【结果】在0.5%盐胁迫下,与BR喷施浓度为0 mg/L相比,喷施不同浓度BR处理的紫罗兰株高、茎粗、主根长、鲜重分别提高0.72~11.83 mm、0.10~0.32 mm、3.89~19.88 mm、0.19~0.99 g/株;Chl、SS、SP、Pro含量均提高,Chl和Pro含量以喷施0.08 mg/L的最高,SS和SP含量均以喷施0.06 mg/L的最高;POD、CAT、SOD活性均提高,且均以喷施0.08 mg/L的酶活性最高;REC和MDA含量均降低,REC以0.08 mg/L最低,降低29.22%,MDA含量以0.06 mg/L最低,降低16.73%。隶属函数分析表明,BR不同浓度各处理的综合排序为0.06>0.08>CK>0.04>0.10>0.02>0 mg/L,以浓度为0.04 mg/L的隶属函数值最高,达0.7038。【结论】0.5%盐胁迫下,喷施一定浓度的BR可以提高紫罗兰的株高、茎粗、根长、鲜重以及Chl、SS、SP含量,增加Pro含量及POD、SOD、CAT活性,能有效延缓REC、MDA含量增加,从而降低盐胁迫对植株生长的抑制程度,减少盐胁迫对植株的损伤,提高植株的耐盐性。紫罗兰对盐胁迫的耐受性效果以喷施BR浓度为0.06 mg/L的最佳。[Objective]The effect of different concentrations of brassinolide(BR)on growth and physiological characteristics of Matthiola in-cana L.seedlings under salt stress were explored,which provided theoretical basis for resistance cultivation to salt of M.incana L.[Method]Under the pot cultivation condition,M.incana L.seedlings were treated with 0.5%complex salt(NaCl mixed with Na_(2)CO_(3) with same con-centration),then were sprayed with 0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08 and 0.10 mg/L BR,respectively.The variation of plant height,stem di-ameter,root length,fresh weight,the content of Chl,SS,SP and Pro,the activity of CAT,POD,SOD,REC,MDA content and physio-chemical indexes were analyzed,as each index was comprehensively evaluated according to subordinate function.[Result]With the condition of 0.5%salt stress,the plant height,stem diameter,main root length and fresh weight of M.incana L treated with different BR concentra-tion increased by 0.72-11.83 mm,0.10-0.32 mm,3.89-19.88 mm and 0.19-0.99 g/plant,respectively;Chl,SS,SP and Pro con-tent all increased as Chl and Pro content treated with 0.08 mg/L BR were the highest,and SS and SP content treated with 0.06 mg/L BR were the highest;The activity of POD,CAT and SOD all increased,which were all the highest when treated with O.O8 mg/L BR;The con-tent of REC and MDA both decreased,among which REC content treated with 0.08 mg/L BR was the lowest(decreased by 29.22%),and MDA content treated with 0.06 mg/L BR was the lowest(decreased by 16.73%).The subordinate function analysis indicated that 0.06>0.08>CK>0.04>0.10>0.02>0 mg/L,among which the subordinated function value of 0.04 mg/L BR was the highest(0.7038).[Conclusion]Under the stress of 0.5%salt concentration,spraying BR with different concentrations can increase the plant height,stem di-ameter,root length,fresh weight and the content of Chl,SS,SP and Pro content,improve the activity of POD,SOD and CAT,all delay the increase of REC and MDA content,so as to reduce the inhibition of plant growth by salt stress,reduce the damage of salt
