摘 要:海上钻探的开发特点决定了每个区域需要设置规划的井位。随着调整井的开发和侧钻需要,井与井间如树的根系般错综复杂。井间最近距离仅在毫厘之间,彼此紧密靠近的套管本身具有磁性,它们和地磁场的相互作用使得传统的随钻测斜系统方位测量容易产生误差,导致轨迹偏差,后果严重的将引发井眼碰撞等事故。采用随钻陀螺测量,可实时作出风险预判,从而避免地磁场强度变化产生的磁干扰,从而得到准确的测量方位,用以开发井和调整井的初始定向和轨迹测量。文章以科学钻井公司的Golden GYRO在现场中应用事例,讲述随钻陀螺在钻井勘探中的重要作业。The development characteristics of offshore drilling determine the need for planned well locations in each area.With the development of adjustment wells and the need for sidetracking,the wells are as intricate as the roots of a tree.The nearest distance between wells is only millicentimetres.The casings close to each other are magnetic.The interaction between them and the Earth’s magnetic field makes the azimuth measurement of the traditional inclinometer while drilling system prone to errors,leading to trajectory deviation,and serious consequences will lead to accidents such as wellbore collision.The use of gyro while drilling can make real-time risk prediction,thus avoiding the magnetic interference caused by the change of Earth’s magnetic field intensity,so as to obtain accurate measurement orientation,which can be used for the initial orientation and trajectory measurement of development wells and adjustment wells.This article takes the application of Golden GYRO from Scientific Drilling International as an example to illustrate the important operation of drilling while drilling gyroscopes in drilling exploration.
