摘　　要：甲醛装置在生产过程中出现DCS系统中操作员站控件按钮、历史趋势丢失问题,通过原因剖析提出初步处理方案,在处理过程中发现新问题,在进一步原因剖析中发现两个问题诱因竟回归至同一问题。在解析问题的过程中,可以熟悉了甲醛装置DCS系统的同步机制,了解黄页文件在同步机制中的作用,并对甲醛装置DCS系统的黄页管理做出相应的管理要求。During the production process of the formaldehyde plant,there was a problem with the loss of operator station control buttons and historical trends in the DCS system.Through cause analysis,a preliminary treatment plan was proposed,and new problems were found during the treatment process.In further cause analysis,it was found that the two causes of the problem actually returned to the same problem.During the process of analyzing problems,one can become familiar with the synchronization mechanism of the DCS system of the formaldehyde device,and understand the role of yellowpages files in the synchronization mechanism.And make corresponding management requirements for yellowpages management of DCS system of formaldehyde plant.
