摘  要:精细化工产品千差万别,生产工艺也有很大的不同。丙烯酰胺水溶液通过自由基聚合生产聚丙烯酰胺,是聚丙烯酰胺厂家主要采用的生产工艺。该聚合工艺相较于《重点监管危险化工工艺》中典型工艺及控制要求,有很大的区别,不能照搬116号文的要求。文章以某化工企业丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合生产超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺为例,探讨该类聚合工艺厂家在生产中通过精细化工反应安全风险评估,根据评估结果及自身特点选择合适的重点监控的工艺参数,装备完善符合自身实际的自动控制系统,在实现安全合法有序的前提下做到安全性和经济性的有机统一,并合理控制风险。Fine chemical products vary widely,and the production processes are also very different.Aqueous acrylamide solution produces polyacrylamide by radical polymerization,which is the main production process used by polyacrylamide manufacturers.Compared with the typical process and control requirements in the“Key Supervision of Hazardous Chemical Processes”,this polymerization process is very different,and the requirements of Document No.116 cannot be copied.This paper takes a chemical enterprise acrylamide aqueous solution polymerization to produce ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide as an example,discusses the safety risk assessment of fine chemical reactions in production,selects appropriate key monitoring process parameters according to the assessment results and their own characteristics,equips and improves the automatic control system in line with its own reality,achieves the organic unity of safety and economy under the premise of achieving safety,legality and order,and reasonably controls risks.
