摘 要:采用金属离子交联法联合物理包载法制备甘蔗渣纤维素-海藻酸钙-海泡石微球,研究其对罗丹明B水溶液吸附性能,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)和热重分析仪对吸附前后复合微球形貌、结构和热性能进行表征分析。结果表明:当罗丹明B初始浓度为25 mg/L,pH=8,固液比为10 g/L,温度为30℃时,微球去除率为84.5%,经过5次重复利用后,对罗丹明B的去除率仍能维持在68.89%,表现出良好的可重复利用性。SEM结果表明吸附前后微球为类球形,具有一定孔隙结构,FTIR结果表明复合微球可吸附罗丹明B,热重结果表明复合微球耐热性好,表明该复合微球可以作为一种可再生的有机-无机复合吸附剂用于染料废水处理。Bagasse cellulose-calcium alginate-sepiolite microspheres were prepared by metal ion crosslinking method combined with physical encapsulation method.The microspheres adsorption properties of rhodamine B aqueous solution were studied.The morphology,structure and thermal properties of the composite microspheres before and after adsorption were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that when the initial concentration of rhodamine B was 25 mg/L,pH=8,the solid-liquid ratio was 10 g/L,and the temperature was 30℃,the removal rate of the microspheres was 84.5%.After 5 times of reuse,the removal rate of rhodamine B can still be maintained at 68.89%,showing good reusability.SEM results showed that the microspheres before and after adsorption were spherical and had a certain pore structure.FTIR results showed that the rhodamine B were adsorbed by composite microspheres.Thermogravimetric results show that the composite microspheres had good heat resistance.It shows that the composite microspheres can be used as a renewable organic-inorganic composite adsorbent for dye wastewater treatment.
