摘　　要：通过深入研究沙特阿美马赞EPC建造项目OOK合同项下的陆地建造配管管线焊接工艺评定工作,总结了其OOK合同项下配管管线焊接工艺评定执行的特点,详细介绍了其特殊要求、报批流程、审批特点及应对策略,提出了诸多可借鉴和学习的经验教训和应对策略,为今后沙特阿美海上油气田项目执行配管管线焊接工艺评定和施工的可持续性改进提供了参考。Through in-depth study of welding procedure specification(WPS)of onshore piping construction work under the OOK contract of project Saudi Aramco Marjan,the characteristics of welding procedure specification implementation under OOK contract were summarized.The special requirements,application process,characteristics of approval and countermeasures are introduced in details.Putting forward many lessons learned and countermeasures,which can be used for reference and study for the sustainable improvement of piping1 welding procedure specification and construction of Saudi Aramco offshore oil and gas field projects in the future.
