摘  要:热应激是困扰养猪业的重要难题之一。猪的体温调节作为一个复杂的生理过程,传统方法较难进行筛选和改良。随着基因组测序技术的提升,筛选与耐热相关的基因成为了可能。本文就耐热性状的遗传基础,基于基因组学对耐热性能遗传机制的解析及耐热相关基因的研究进展进行综述,以期为培育耐热高产猪品系提供理论参考,从根本上解决热应激在生产中带来的负面影响。Heat stress is one of the significant challenges in the pig farming industry.Regulating body temperature in pigs is a complex physiological process,making it difficult to employ conventional methods for screening and improvement.With advancements in genomic sequencing technologies,the identification and selection of genes associated with heat tolerance have become possible.This article provides a comprehensive review of the genetic basis of heat tolerance traits and explores the genetic mechanisms underlying heat tolerance using genomics.It also discusses the research progress on heat-related genes.The aim is to offer theoretical references for breeding heat-tolerant and high-yielding pig breeds,addressing the negative impacts of heat stress in production at a fundamental level.
