摘　　要：必需脂肪酸是动物体内不能合成、必须由饲粮提供、对身体的正常功能和健康保护具有重要作用的多不饱和脂肪酸,能够改善母猪繁殖性能、促进仔猪生长发育以及改善猪肉品质等,有效提高养猪业的生产效益。本文综述了必需脂肪酸的主要来源、代谢及其在猪生产上的营养作用和需要量,以期为必需脂肪酸在猪精准营养及饲粮配制中的应用提供依据。Essential fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that cannot be synthesized in animals and must be provided by diets.They can improve the reproductive performance of sows,promote the growth and development of piglets and improve the meat quality,which effectively improve the production efficiency of the pig industry.This paper systematically summarizes the main sources and metabolism of essential fatty acids and their nutritional roles and requirements for pigs,with a view to providing a scientific basis for the application of essential fatty acids in the precise nutrition and feed formulation of pigs.
