摘　　要：随着医院高质量发展、公立医院绩效考核、建立健全现代医院管理制度等政策的实施,医院运行发展模式逐步从粗放型转向精细化管理。本研究立足于医院高质量发展对数据需求的背景及挑战,总结归纳数据湖技术的特点,并详尽梳理了数据湖技术在智慧医院建设中的应用和发展,发现数据湖技术在医院日益增长的数据信息需求中有广泛的应用潜力,数据湖的建设可推动智慧医院数据管理模式的变革。With the policy requirements of high-quality development of hospitals,performance assessment of public hospitals,establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system,the operation and development mode of hospitals has gradually shifted from extensive to fine management.Based on the background and challenges of high-quality data demand in hospitals,this study summarized the technical characteristics of data lake and elaborately illustrated the development and application of data lake in smart hospitals.It can be found that data lake technology has extensive application potential in the growing data information demand of hospitals,and the construction of data lake can promote the reform of data management models of smart hospitals.
