摘　　要：目的:降低多源异构数据对医院运营管理的局限和影响,提升医院运营管理效率。方法:分析运营管理现状,通过建立统一的医院运营管理指标体系,基于元数据模型和指标体系进行数据中心的构建,完成基于数据湖的医院运营管理系统架构和功能设计。结果:实现基于数据湖的医院运营管理整体方案,助力医院的运营管理系统建设。结论:基于数据湖的医院运营管理系统架构,可以确保多源数据的一致性和灵活性,为提高运营管理的科学性和精确性提供一种新的方案。Objective To lessen the limitation and negative impacts of multi-source heterogeneous data on hospital operation management,and improve the efficiency of hospital operation management.Methods By analyzing the status quo of operation management,a unified hospital operation management indicator system was established.The operation management data center was built based on the metadata model and the established indicator system,both the architecture and functions of the hospital operation management system were designed on the basis of data lake.Results The overall scheme of hospital operation management based on data lake was realized,which helped the construction of hospital operation management system.Conclusion The hospital operation management system architecture based on data lake can ensure the consistency and flexibility of multi-source data and provide a new solution for improving the scientificity and accuracy of hospital operation management.
