摘  要:目的:基于数据湖技术,探索建立公立医院医疗服务能力评价体系,通过指导专科和医疗组的实践促进医院的高质量发展,提升公立医院的综合医疗服务能力。方法:利用某公立医院全域贴源数据湖的标准化数据,构建基于专科和医疗组的临床服务能力评价指标体系。结果:医院专科与人才服务能力评价体系包括服务能力、服务效率和服务质量3大评价维度,通过某外科数据分析可对该科进行临床服务能力综合评价。结论:数据湖技术是医院进行数据治理的有效手段之一,基于此构建的临床专科与人才评价体系,与临床科室实际医疗服务能力导向一致,能够为专科的高质量发展提供指标数据参考。Objective Based on the data lake technology,to explore the establishment of evaluation system for medical service capacity in public hospitals,to improve the comprehensive service capacity of public hospitals,and to promote high-quality development through guiding the practice of specialty and medical groups.Methods The standardized data of the data lake of a public hospital was used to build the evaluation index system of clinical service capability based on specialty and medical groups.Results The evaluation system of hospital specialty and talent service capacity included three evaluation dimensions:service capacity,service efficiency,and service quality.Through the data analysis of a surgical department,a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical service capacity of the department can be conducted.Conclusion Data lake technology is one of the effective means of data governance in hospitals.The clinical specialty and talent evaluation system built on data lake is consistent with the guidance of actual medical service ability of clinical departments and can provide index data reference for the high-quality development of the specialty.
