摘　　要：目的:设计全生命周期管理的合同业务流程,实现对整个合同管理过程的全程可追踪,提升医院内控管理能力。方法:利用业务流程管理(BPM),整合合同管理系统的业务流和OA系统的审批流,对合同全业务流程进行在线整合,实现OA审批与合同管控无缝衔接。结果:医院所有合同均实现了全流程无纸化申请与审批管理,提高了合同办理速度,提升了合同管理质量。结论:全生命周期的合同管理实践,为基于BPM技术的跨信息系统业务管理流的整合提供了示范,此种整合方案将为医院运营管理的业务流整合相关场景提供参考和借鉴。Objective To achieve full traceability of the contract management process,and enhance the hospital's internal control and management capabilities by designing and applying a contract business process for whole-life cycle management.Methods Business Process Management(BPM)was used to integrate the business process of the contract management system and the approval process of the OA system,and the whole business process of the contract was integrated online to realize the seamless connection between OA approval and contract control.Results All contracts in the hospital have achieved paperless application and approval management throughout the entire process,which improved the speed of contract processing and the quality of contract management.Conclusion The practice of wholelife cycle contract management sets an example for the integration of cross-information system business management based on BPM technology.This integration solution will provide reference for the relevant scenarios of operation flow integration in hospital operation management.
