摘 要:目的:探讨基于注意力机制构建的手术记录质量评估模型的应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月至2021年12月的病案构建手术记录质量缺陷智能提示系统。运用自然语言处理技术从手术记录中提取临床信息,应用基于注意力机制的模型进行训练并构建模型,使用验证集评估模型效果,比较模型与人工审核效能间的差异。结果:模型的训练和验证准确率分别为11.7%和16.9%,模型的训练和验证损失率分别为95.8%和94.6%。模型与人工审核在建模组和研究组中的符合率分别为96.7%和95.1%;一致性分析显示,模型在建模组和研究组与人工审核结果具有较高的一致性(Kappa=0.934、0.914,P<0.001)。模型审核病案组平均用时低于人工审核组(P<0.05)。结论:基于注意力机制构建的模型对手术记录的审核效率具有显著提升。Objective To explore the application value of the surgical record quality assessment model constructed based on attention mechanism.Methods Medical records from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected to construct an intelligent alert system for quality defects of surgical records.Clinical information was extracted from surgical records by using natural language processing technology,an attention mechanism-based model was applied to train and construct the model,and the effectiveness of the model was evaluated by using a validation set to compare the effectiveness of the model with that of manual audit.Results The training and validation accuracies of the model were 11.7%and 16.9%,respectively,and the training and validation losses of the model were 95.8%and 94.6%,respectively.The coincidence rates of model and manual assessment in the modeling group and the study group were 96.7%and 95.1%,respectively.The consistency analysis showed that the model had high consistency with the manual assessment results in the modeling group and study group(Kappa=0.934,0.914,P<0.001).The average time spent on the model record review was lower than that of the manual review group(P<0.05).Conclusion The model constructed based on attention mechanism can significantly improve the efficiency of surgical record review.
