摘　　要：目的:应用数据可视化技术对医院各学科进行综合绩效评估。方法:利用R语言对某省大型三甲医院院内数据进行可视化分析,采用波士顿矩阵方法对学科绩效进行初步评估,然后采用多种可视化图形分析的方法进一步校正波士顿矩阵分析的结果,综合评估各学科情况。结果:基于《国家三级公立医院绩效考核操作手册(2022版)》的评价指标体系,结合医院数据信息系统现状,设计了学科绩效评估数据可视化分析方案,从综合情况、技术能力、运营绩效、服务效率和学科发展等5个维度的数据对学科进行可视化分析,分析结果可直观准确反映学科现状。结论:应用以数据可视化技术为基础的绩效评估数据分析方案,评估医院各学科综合绩效,可以为制定针对性的发展战略提供参考,促进公立医院高质量发展。Objective To apply data visualization technology to evaluate the comprehensive performance of various disciplines in hospitals.Methods The R language was used to analyze the hospital-accumulated medical data from a state-funded Grade-A tertiary hospital,and the Boston matrix model was used to preliminarily evaluate the discipline performance,then various visual graphic analysis methods were used to further correct the results of Boston matrix analysis and comprehensively evaluate different disciplines.Results Based on the evaluation index system of the Operational Manual of Performance Evaluation of State-funded Tertiary Hospital(2022 edition),and the status quo of hospital data and information system,a visualized data analysis scheme of disciplines performance evaluation was designed,visually analyzing the discipline from five aspects,including general situation,technical competence,operation performance,service efficiency and discipline development.The analysis results can directly and accurately reflect the current situation of the discipline.Conclusion The application of analysis scheme based on data visualization technology to evaluate the comprehensive performance of various hospital disciplines can provide reference for formulating targeted development strategies,promote high-quality development of state-funded hospitals.
