摘　　要：目的:探索新型冠状病毒感染疫情背景下定点医院信息系统的应用,提出医院信息中心的管理方式和工作思路。方法:结合新型冠状病毒感染疫情后备定点医院转换要求,从信息系统业务流程、信息系统功能、信息运维方式3个方面进行转换,通过重组业务流程、优化系统和网络架构、部署专项系统、创新运维方式等措施,实现医院信息系统的转换。结果:疫情期间医院信息系统稳定运行,除满足患者住院管理需求外,面向上级部门、医院管理层、医疗专家、重症患者等多用户提供信息化服务,解决多用户信息化需求。结论:通过对信息系统的转换,为医院整体转换提供了技术保障,有效提升了工作效率,满足了多用户群体对医院信息系统的需求。Objective To explore the application of information system in designated hospitals under the background of COVID-19,and propose the management mode and working ideas of hospital information center.Methods According to the transformation requirements of designated standby hospitals for COVID-19,the transformation of hospital information system was carried out from three aspects:business process,information system function,and information operation mode.Moreover,we realized this transform through restructuring business process,optimizing system and network architecture,deploying special systems,and innovating operation and maintenance mode.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,the hospital information system operated stably.In addition to meeting the requirements of inpatient management,it also provided information service for multiple users such as superior departments,hospital managers,medical experts,and critically ill patients,which solved the requirements of multi-user information.Conclusion Ruijin Hospital Information Center provides technical support for the overall transformation of the hospital through the transformation of the information system,effectively improves the work efficiency,and meets the needs of multi-user groups for the hospital information system.
