摘　　要：基于不同的政治社会制度、经济制度、文化背景和管理理念,欧美国家形成了各具特色的社区治理模式。本文通过对欧美社区治理发展历程的简要梳理,在分析欧美社区治理模式的基础上,从社区治理体制、社区服务供给、社区社会组织发展、社区社会企业参与等方面归纳出其特点,总结提炼可资借鉴的经验。由此提出我国应推进一核多元、融合共治社区治理新体系,建立与完善社区服务体系,着力培育和发展社区社会组织,激发民众参与社区治理的内生动力,构建共建共治共享社区治理新格局。Based on different political and social systems,economic systems,cultural backgrounds and management concepts,European and American countries have formed their own distinctive community governance models.Based on a brief review of the development process of community governance in Europe and the United States and an analysis of community governance models in Europe and the United States,this paper summarizes its characteristics from the aspects of community governance system,the supply of community services,the development of community social organizations,the participation of community social enterprises,and summarizes and refines the experience that can be used for reference.Therefore,it is proposed that China should promote a new system of one-core,pluralistic,integrated and co-governing community governance,establish and improve the community service system,focus on cultivating and developing community social organizations,stimulate the internal power of people to participate in community governance,and build a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and shared community governance.
