摘 要:为研究籽用西瓜重要育种性状的配合力和遗传力,筛选出优异的亲本和强优势组合,选用具有不同性状特点的6个籽用西瓜自交系,采用Griffing完全双列杂交设计共配置15个杂交组合,分析籽用西瓜主要育种性状的配合力和遗传力。结果表明,籽用西瓜8个主要性状除单瓜有效籽粒数外,组合间均达到极显著水平,说明各组合基因型效应之间存在着真实差异;籽用西瓜6个亲本的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)存在显著或极显著差异,说明籽用西瓜育种性状同时受加性效应和非加性效应的影响。综合分析,亲本P_(A)、P_(C)、P_(D)、P_(E)的一般配合力较高,具有较大利用潜力;综合表现突出的组合有P_(B)×P_(C)、P_(A)×P_(D)、P_(A)×P_(C)。The combining ability and heritability of important breeding traits of seeded watermelon were studied and excellent parents and strong heterosis combinationst were screened aiming to lay a theoretical basis and provide reference information for genetic breeding of seeded watermelon.In this study,six seeded watermelon inbred lines with different traits were used as research materials.A total of 15 hybrid combinations were configured by Griffing complete diallel cross design,and the parents and 15 hybrid combinations were taken as the research objects to analyze the combining abil-ity and heritability of main breeding characters of seeded watermelon.The results showed that the significant or extremely significant differences were found in general combining ability(GCA)and special combining ability(SCA)among the six parents of seeded watermelon,indicating that the agronomic characters of seeded watermelon were affected by both addi-tive and no additive effects.So that,the parents P_(A),P_(C),P_(D) and P_(E) have higher general combining ability and great utiliza-tion potential.In addition,the combinations with outstanding comprehensive performance was P_(B)×P_(C),P_(A)×P_(D),P_(A)×P_(C).The results can lay a foundation for the breeding of new seeded watermelon varieties.
