摘 要:为了解决豫北乃至我国北方地区黄瓜等设施蔬菜生产连作障碍问题,采用强还原土壤灭菌法(RSD)进行土壤处理,研究其对常年连作春提早黄瓜的影响,以期为连作土壤改良、提高春黄瓜产量及品质提供理论依据。结果表明,与未用RSD处理对照相比,RSD处理能够促进大棚春提早黄瓜植株生长,且能够将第1雌花节位降低9.38%~20.00%,有效提早黄瓜成熟时间;经RSD处理后的大棚春提早黄瓜瓜长、瓜直径、平均单果质量和坐果率均得到提高,平均667 m2产量提高17.65%~32.00%,同时瓜柄长缩短;RSD处理能够使大棚春提早黄瓜维生素C、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量均得到提高。由此可见,RSD处理可以为系统性解决连作障碍问题提供可行的方案。In order to solve the problem of continuous crop disorder of cucumber and other facility vegetable production in northern Henan and even northern China,in this experiment,the effect of soil treatment with strong reductive soil steril-ization(RSD)on spring cucumber was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for continuous soil improvement and to improve the yield and quality of spring cucumber.The results showed that compared with the control,RSD treatment could promote the growth of early spring cucumber plants in greenhouses,and could reduce the first female flower node by 9.38%to 20.00%,which could effectively advance the maturity of cucumber.The RSD treatment could improve the vi-tamin C,protein and soluble sugar contents of early spring cucumber in greenhouses.It can be seen that RSD treatment can provide a possible solution to systematically solve the continuous crop disorders.
