摘  要:为探究外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对番茄幼苗生长的影响,采用以色列大红宝番茄为试材,在盆栽基质条件下,研究不同质量浓度ALA(25、50 mg·L^(-1) )对中度盐胁迫(100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl)下番茄幼苗生长特性及抗性生理的调控作用。结果表明,盐胁迫下,番茄植株生长受阻,生物量、叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性均降低,而叶片内丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量提高;与CK(正常栽培)相比,喷施25 mg·L^(-1) ALA促进植株生长及生物量增加,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别显著提高13.9%和8.7%,POD活性显著提高15.0%,脯氨酸含量显著提高135.6%,APX活性、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量达到正常水平;50 mg·L^(-1) ALA缓解效应不佳,甚至抑制植株生长。综上所述,25 mg·L^(-1) ALA可有效缓解番茄幼苗盐胁迫的影响。In order to explore the effect of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on the growth of tomato seedlings,Is-rael Dahongbao tomato was used as the test material to study the effects of different concentrations of ALA(25,50 mg·L^(-1))on the growth characteristics and resistance physiology of tomato seedlings under moderate salt stress(100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl)under pot substrate cultivation conditions.The results showed that under salt stress,the growth of tomato plants was inhib-ited,and the biomass,chlorophyll content,peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activi-ties decreased,while the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein and proline in leaves increased.Compared with the control,25 mg·L^(-1) ALA promoted plant growth,increased biomass,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content by 13.9%and 8.7%,respectively,POD activity increased by 15.0%,proline content increased significantly by 135.6%,APX activity,soluble protein and MDA content reached normal levels.50 mg·L^(-1) ALA did not have a mitigation effect and inhibited plant growth.In summary,25 mg·L^(-1) ALA can effectively alleviate salt stress in tomato seedlings.
