摘　　要：目的:通过整合目前成人多发伤院内转运管理的现有文献。归纳出成人多发伤院内转运管理的最佳证据。方法:通过文献检索关于多发伤院内转运的决策支持、指南和专家共识等文献,依据循证进行质量评价方法,精炼相关证据。结果:依据文献准入标准筛选出12篇。经过通读、评估、分析和归类,总结了多发伤患者转运工作人员的资质、多发伤患者转运的设备、多发伤患者转运计划与实施、创伤患者转运中与各方有效沟通、多发伤患者转运的交接与记录、创伤患者转运过程中的管理、多发伤患者转运不良事件的管理7个主题的35条证据。结论:归纳出成人多发伤患者院内转运的最佳证据,为付诸成人创伤患者院内转运管理提供临床决策依据,应根据临床情况制订成人多发伤院内转运规范,确保成人多发伤院内转运安全。Objective To summarize the best evidence for the management of hospital transport of adult multiple injuries by integrating existing evidence.Methods By searching for literature on decision support,guidelines,and expert consensus on hospital transportation of multiple injuries,an evidence-based quality evaluation method was used to refine relevant evidence.Results 12 articles were selected based on the literature admission criteria.After thorough reading,evaluation,analysis,and classification,35 pieces of evidence were summarized for 7 themes:qualifications of personnel involved in the transportation of multiple injury patients,equipment for transportation of multiple injury patients,transportation plan and implementation of multiple injury patients,effective communication with all parties during transportation of trauma patients,handover and recording of transportation of multiple injury patients,management during transportation of trauma patients,and management of adverse events during transportation of multiple injury patients.Conclusion The best evidence for the hospital transportation of adult multiple injury patients has been summarized,providing a clinical decision-making basis for the management of hospital transportation of adult trauma patients.Standards for hospital transportation of adult multiple injury patients should be formulated based on clinical conditions to ensure the safety of hospital transportation of adult multiple injury patients.
