摘 要:人工髋关节置换术的手术效果受到多种因素的影响,术后双下肢不等长和髋关节不稳是人工髋关节置换术常见的并发症,会导致患者术后恢复不佳、满意度下降。恢复双下肢长度和股骨偏心距的重建是人工髋关节置换术的关键及难点,通过利用大转子顶点、小转子顶点和大转子下极等股骨近端骨性标志点对股骨头旋转中心进行综合定位,有利于准确重建股骨头旋转中心和股骨偏心距,实现双下肢等长和髋关节稳定的目标,具有重要的研究价值和临床意义。The surgical effect of hip replacement is affected by many factors.The unequal length of lower limbs and instability of hip joint are common complications of hip replacement,which will lead to poor postoperative recovery and decreased satisfaction of patients.Restoring the length of both lower limbs and the reconstruction of femoral eccentricity is the key and difficult point of artificial hip replacement.By using the proximal femoral bone landmarks such as the great trochanter vertex,the small trochanter vertex and the great trochanter lower pole to comprehensively locate the femoral head rotation center,it is conducive to accurately reconstructing the femoral head rotation center and femoral eccentricity,achieving the goal of equal length of both lower limbs and stabilizing the hip joint,which has important research value and clinical significance.
