意识形态视域下高校法学教育的路径建构

摘　　要：法学教育是高校意识形态工作的重要内容。高校开展意识形态工作应充分认识法学教育在践行习近平法治思想、培养具有社会主义法治信仰的人才、构建高校应对意识形态领域风险的重要阵地等方面的积极价值,以主题思想、话语主体、话语载体等核心要素构成的法学教育体系推动高校意识形态工作。同时,法学教育在推动高校意识形态工作方面存在困难,可从精准把握新时代法学教育的应然理念、完善具有坚定理想信念的法学教育师资队伍以及健全法学教育与思政教育相融合的保障机制等方面完善新时代意识形态视域下高校法学教育路径。Legal Education is an important part of ideological work in universities and colleges.Under the background of comprehensively promoting law-based governance,legal education in the new era,which is guided by Xi Jinping’s legal thought,has positive value to the ideological work in Chinese universities and colleges.Universities and colleges,when carrying out ideological work,should fully understand the positive value of legal education in the aspects of practicing Xi Jinping’s legal thought,cultivating talents with belief in socialist rule of law and constructing an important position for colleges to deal with ideological risk.From the perspective of ideology,the legal education system,composed of core elements such as theme thought,discourse subject and discourse carrier,can effectively promote the ideological work in universities and colleges.On this basis,in order to deal with the current difficulties in ideological education,universities and colleges can optimize the construction of legal education in colleges from the path of accurately grasping the concept of legal education in the new era,establishing a legal education teaching staff with firm ideals and convictions,improving the guarantee mechanism of legal education and ideological and political education integration and so no.
