摘  要:利用火灾动力学模拟器FDS(FDS,fire dynamics simulator)软件搭建了飞机真火消防训练模拟器模型,研究了在半封闭机舱内消防水枪喷射锥角及流量对灭火训练过程中灭火效率的影响,分别以火焰抑制时间、气体浓度和温度差异等因素对机舱内火灾抑制有效性及传温、传质过程进行分析。结果表明:通过增加消防水流量或减小水枪喷射锥角可提高火焰温度衰减速率;随着喷射锥角的增大,舱内氧气浓度降低,二氧化碳分数升高。通过研究喷射锥角及消防水流量对舱内温度与气体浓度的变化,可为消防人员进行灭火训练提供理论支持。In this paper,the model of aircraft real fire training simulator is built by fire dynamics simulator(FDS)software,and the influence of water mist nozzle spray angle and flow rate of fire nozzle on fire fighting efficiency in semi-enclosed cabin are studied.The effectiveness of fire suppression,the process of heat and mass transfer are analyzed based on factors such as flame suppression time,gas concentration and temperature differences.The results show that the temperature attenuation rate can be increased by increasing the flow rate of fire fighting water or reducing the nozzle spray angle.In addition,as the nozzle spray angle increases,the O2 concentration in the cabin will decrease and the CO2 fraction will increase.By studying the changes in temperature and gas concentration inside the cabin caused by the nozzle spray angle and fire water flow rate,theoretical support can be provided for firefighters to conduct firefighting training.
