共聚酰胺水性上浆剂改善CF/PA6复合材料的界面性能

摘  要:为改善碳纤维增强聚酰胺6(CF/PA6)复合材料的界面性能,采用共聚酰胺水性上浆剂作为表面改性剂,通过真空模压成型工艺制备出CF/PA6复合材料。采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱、万能试验机等表征CF及CF/PA6复合材料的微观形貌、元素变化以及力学性能。试验结果表明:上浆处理使共聚酰胺成功接入了碳纤维表面,提高了碳纤维与PA6之间的结合能力。当共聚酰胺水性上浆剂浓度为0.5%时,CF/PA6复合材料力学性能最佳,复合材料弯曲强度与层间剪切强度达到1044.5 MPa与70.6 MPa,与未处理相比分别提升了64.4%与97.8%。In order to improve the interfacial properties of carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6(CF/PA6)composites,the CF/PA6 composites were prepared by vacuum molding process using copolyamide water-based sizing agent as surface modifier.The microstructure,elemental changes and mechanical properties of CF and CF/PA6 composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and universal testing machine.The experimental results show that the sizing process can successfully connect the copolyamide to the surface of carbon fiber and improve the binding ability between carbon fiber and polyamide 6.When the concentration of copolyamide waterborne sizing agent is 0.5%,the mechanical properties of CF/PA6 composite is the best.The bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of CF/PA6 composite are 1044.5 MPa and 70.6 MPa,which are increased by 64.4%and 97.8%respectively,compared with those without treatment.
