摘　　要：既有医院的改扩建是为了更好地满足现代社会发展的要求。文章结合东山县医院改扩建项目实例,梳理设计过程中的一些思考及引入的设计策略,希望为该类型的项目设计提供一些思路及方向。The renovation and expansion of existing hospitals is to better meet the requirements of modern social development.Combining with the example of Dongshan County Hospital Reconstruction and Expansion Project,it sorts out some thoughts and design strategies in the design process,hoping to provide ideas and directions for this type of project design.
