摘 要:以壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯(CS/GO)为功能层,以PVDF多孔膜为基膜,采用层层自组装技术制备了CS/GO复合分离膜。基于插入到GO片层中交联CS分子的柔韧性,GO片层间距(膜孔)能够随着不同方向的水压而改变,从而使得所制备的复合分离膜具有独特的非对称渗透性能。研究发现,随着组装层数的增加,表面结构更为完善,反向/正向通量比从3.79倍增加到了27.39倍。当组装层数为两层时,膜具有更优异的综合性能。此外,复合分离膜还显示出比基膜更好的截污性、抗污性和亲水性。In this paper,chitosan/graphene oxide(CS/GO)composite separation membranes were prepared using CS/GO as functional layer and PVDF porous membrane as substrate membrane by layer-by-layer self-assembly.Based on the flexibility of the cross-linked CS molecules inserted into the GO lamellae,the GO lamellae spacing(membrane holes)can change with water pressure in different directions,resulting in the unique asymmetric permeability of the composite separation membranes prepared.It is found that with the increase of the number of assembly layers,the surface structure becomes more perfect,and the reverse/normal flux ratio increases from 3.79 times to 27.39 times.When the number of assembled layers is two,the membrane has a better comprehensive performance.In addition,the composite separation membrane showed better interception capacity,anti-pollution capacity and hydrophilicity than the substrate membrane.
