摘　　要：主要对目前多聚甲醛生产过程产生稀甲醛背景进行了简单阐述,稀醛浓缩前需要进行脱醇处理,介绍甲醛浓缩的原理和低温聚合现象。浓缩过程中对影响质量的因素和生产控制要点进行分析,提出具体操作方法和要求,再浓缩提高甲醛循环使用效率,达到节约资源的目的。This paper mainly expounds the diluted aldehyde produced in the current production process of polyformaldehyde.Before the diluted aldehyde is concentrated,it needs to be dealcoholized.It introduces the principle of formaldehyde concentration and the phenomenon of low-temperature polymerization,analyzes the factors affecting the quality and the key points of production control,and puts forward specific operation methods and requirements.Recycling can produce better economic and social benefits.
