摘　　要：通过对常减压装置初顶油气-脱前原油换热器E1-1/2管束内漏现象展开分析,识别能够造成换热器管束腐蚀泄漏的几种可能性,通过分析、检验等技术手段,综合判断出造成腐蚀发生的原因,分析腐蚀产生的机理,通过优化改变工艺操作条件,提高换热器壳程侧流速,改善换热器管束所处环境状态,达到降低腐蚀的目的。By analyzing the internal leakage of E1-1/2 tube bundle of crude oil heat exchanger before initial overhead oil gas stripping in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,several possibilities that can cause corrosion leakage of heat exchanger tube bundle are identified.Through analysis,inspection and other technical means,the causes of corrosion are comprehensively judged,the mechanism of corrosion is analyzed,and the flow rate at shell side of heat exchanger is improved by optimizing and changing process operating conditions,which can improve the environmental state of heat exchanger tube bundle to reduce corrosion.
