摘　　要：针对LLDPE装置原料精制单元设计过程中,设备布置和管道配管遇到的相关问题,总结了设计时应考虑的问题及解决方案;从设备和管线合理布置、管道应力分析和管道支撑等方面介绍了相关设计要点,为类似装置设计提供借鉴。This paper summarizes the principles that should be grasped in the design of feedstock pretreatment unit of LLDPE plant,aiming at the problems and countermeasures that need to be considered in equipment layout and piping in the design process;In view of the problems to be considered in pipeline design and countermeasures,the relevant design points are introduced from the aspects of pipeline layout,pipeline stress analysis and pipeline support and hanger design,so as to provide reference for similar equipment layout and pipeline design.
