摘　　要：目的探讨简易立体定向法穿刺手术治疗对脑出血(ICH)患者血肿清除率、并发症及预后的影响。方法104例ICH患者根据手术方式不同分为两组,对照组予以开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组予以简易立体定向法穿刺手术治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标、血肿清除率、并发症发生率及预后。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间及术后ICU入住时间短于对照组,血肿清除率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,术后28d内存活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统开颅血肿清除术相比,简易立体定向法穿刺手术的创伤较小,可显著提高ICH患者的血肿清除率,降低术后并发症发生率,改善预后。Objective To explore the impact of simple stereotactic puncture surgery on hematoma clearance rate,complications and prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods 104 patients with ICH were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with craniotomy hematoma removal,and the observation group was treated with simple stereotactic puncture surgery.The surgery related indicators,hematoma clearance rate,incidence of complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and postoperative ICU stay time were shorter than those in the control group,the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,and the survival rate within 28 days after surgery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional craniotomy hematoma removal,simple stereotactic puncture surgery has less trauma,which can significantly improve the hematoma clearance rate of ICH patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the prognosis.
