滋肾养胎方联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾养胎方联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的效果。方法80例黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者按照入组顺序分为两组,对照组采用黄体酮治疗,观察组采用黄体酮+滋肾养胎方治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、症状积分及性激素水平。结果观察组的总有效率92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的P、E_(2)、β-hCG水平均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾养胎方联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的效果较好,可减轻患者症状,调节性激素的表达。Objective To explore the effect of Zishen Yangtai prescription combined with progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion of luteal insufficiency type.Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion of luteal insufficiency type were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with progesterone+Zishen Yangtai prescription.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased,and scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E_(2) andβ-hCG in the two groups increased,and the indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zishen Yangtai prescription combined with progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion of luteal insufficiency type has good effect,which can relieve the symptoms of patients and regulate the expression of sex hormones.
