摘 要:目的研究妊娠早中期妇女尿碘水平与游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的相关性。方法选择2020年11月至2022年11月我院98例妊娠期妇女作为研究对象,分别于妊娠早期(孕周7~9周)、妊娠中期(孕周19~21周)采集静脉血测定FT_(4)、TSH水平,收集随机尿样测定尿碘水平,分析尿碘水平与FT_(4)、TSH水平的相关性。结果妊娠早期的尿碘、FT_(4)水平比妊娠中期显著更高,TSH水平比妊娠中期显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,妊娠早中期妇女的尿碘水平与FT_(4)水平呈正相关(P<0.01),与TSH水平呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论妊娠早中期妇女的尿碘水平与FT_(4)水平呈正相关,与TSH水平呈负相关;妊娠早中期妇女的尿碘水平可以作为妊娠甲状腺功能异常的监测指标。Objective To study the correlation of urinary iodine level with free thyroxine(FTa)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)of women in the early and middle stages of pregnancy.Methods A total of 98 pregnant women in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.Venous blood was collected in the early stage of pregnancy(7~9 weeks of gestation)and the middle stage of pregnancy(19~21 weeks of gestation)to determine FT_(4) and TSH levels.Random urine samples were collected to determine urinary iodine levels.The correlation of urinary iodine level with FT_(4) and TSH levels was analyzed.Results The levels of urinary iodine and FT,in the early stage of pregnancy were significantly higher than those in the middle stage of pregnancy,and the TSH level was significantly lower than that in the middle stage of pregnancy,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that urinary iodine level was positively correlated with FT level(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with TSH level(P<0.01).Conclusions The urinary iodine level of women in early and middle stages of pregnancy is positively correlated with FT_(4) level and negatively correlated with TSH level.The urinary iodine level of women in the early and middle stages of pregnancy can be used as a monitoring index for thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy.
