丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者镇静效果及躁动情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者镇静效果及躁动情况的影响。方法120例行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的患者根据麻醉方法的不同分为两组,对照组采用丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼靶控输注麻醉,观察组采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉,比较两组的镇静效果、躁动情况及不良反应。结果观察组拔管后5min、拔管后10min以及拔管后30min的OAAS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时、苏醒后30min、苏醒后120min的Ramsay镇静评分均高于对照组,SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期间的不良反应总发生率为4.41%,低于对照组的21.15%(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者的镇静效果较好,可明显减轻患者躁动情况,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the impact of propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion anesthesia on sedation effect and agitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods.The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with sufentanil target controlled infusion,and the observation group was anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil target controlled infusion.The sedative effect,agitation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The OAAS scores at 5 min after extubation,10 min after extubation and 30 min after extubation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores at waking up,30 min after waking up and 120 min after waking up of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during recovery of the observation group was 4.41%,lower than 21.15%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion anesthesia has better sedative effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,which can significantly reduce patients agitation and has higher safety.
