扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床效果及其对免疫因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者的临床效果。方法96例NHL患者随机分为两组,对照组采用CHOP方案治疗,观察组采用扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案治疗,比较两组的临床效果、免疫因子水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的肿瘤控制率高于对照组,IgA、IgG、IgM水平均低于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案治疗NHL能显著提高临床疗效,有效改善患者的免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Sanjie decoction combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods 96 patients with NHL were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with CHOP regimen,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Sanjie decoction combined with CHOP regimen.The clinical effect,levels of immune factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the tumor control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fuzheng Sanjie decoction combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of NHL can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,effectively improve the immune function of patients,and has high safety.
