乳房手法按摩配合乳根穴点按对初产妇乳房胀痛、乳汁分泌量及纯母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乳房手法按摩配合乳根穴点按对初产妇乳房胀痛、乳汁分泌量及纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法70例初产妇随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用乳房手法按摩配合乳根穴点按,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组干预后的VAS评分低于对照组,产后24h、48h、30d的乳汁分泌量评分均高于对照组,产后30d的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳房手法按摩配合乳根穴点按可降低初产妇产后乳房疼痛程度,改善泌乳量,提高纯母乳喂养率。Objective To explore the impact of mammary manipulation massage combined with Rugen acupoint point-pressing on breast distending pain,milk secretion and exclusive breastfeeding rate of primiparae.Methods 70 cases of primiparae were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received mammary manipulation massage combined with Rugen acupoint point-pressing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score after intervention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the milk secretion scores at 24 h,48 h and 30 d after delivery were higher than those of the control group,and the exclusive breastfeeding rate at 30 d after delivery was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mammary manipulation massage combined with Rugen acupoint point-pressing can reduce postpartum breast pain degree,improve lactation amount and increase the exclusive breastfeeding rate.
