精细化护理联合超声雾化器在儿童支气管炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理联合超声雾化器在支气管炎患儿中的应用效果。方法92例行超声雾化器雾化吸入治疗的支气管炎患儿随机分为两组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细化护理,比较两组的治疗依从性、肺功能。结果观察组的治疗依从性为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的FEV_(1)、FVC、PEFR均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理联合超声雾化器能够有效提升支气管炎患儿的治疗依从性,加快肺功能改善。Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing combined with ultrasonic atomizer in children with bronchitis.Methods 92 children with bronchitis who were treated with aerosol inhalation by ultrasonic atomizer were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing.The treatment compliance and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Afer nursing,the FEV_(1),FVC and PEFR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fine nursing combined with ultrasonic atomizer can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with bronchitis and accelerate the improvement of lung function.
