摘　　要：目的探讨基于量化评估策略的手术室护理对老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者心理状态及术后恢复的影响。方法94例老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理,比较两组的心理状态及术后恢复情况。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,术后48hVAS评分低于对照组,胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于量化评估策略的手术室护理能明显改善老年腹腔镜泌尿外科手术患者的心理状态,减轻术后疼痛,有利于术后尽快恢复。Objective To explore the impact of operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy on psychological state and postoperative recovery of elderly patients with laparoscopic urological surgery.Methods 94 elderly patients with laparoscopic urological surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine operation room nursing,and the observation group received operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The psychological status and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the VAS score at 48 h after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy can significantly improve the psychological state of elderly patients with laparoscopic urological surgery,relieve postoperative pain,and facilitate postoperative recovery as soon as possible.
