摘　　要：目的探讨血液细胞学参数对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)预后的评估价值。方法60例MM患者根据淋巴细胞计数绝对值(ALC)分为ALC≥1.3×10^(9)/L组和ALC<1.3×10^(9)/L组,分析ALC与MM预后的关系。结果MM患者的外周血ALC与Hb存在相关性(P<0.05)。ALC≥1.3×10^(9)/L组的中位生存时间长于ALC<1.3×10^(9)/L组(P<0.05)。Cox多因素分析显示ALC、年龄、LDH为MM患者预后死亡的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ALC与MM患者的预后关系密切,ALC值越低预后死亡率越高。Objective To explore the evaluation value of hematological cytological parameters for the prognosis of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods According to the absolute lymphocyte count(ALC),60 patients with MM were divided into ALC≥1.3×10^(9)/L group and ALC<1.3×10^(9)/L group.The relationship between ALC and MM prognosis was analyzed.Results There was a correlation between ALC and Hb in peripheral blood of MM patients(P<0.05).The median survival time of ALC≥1.3×10^(9)/L group was longer than that of ALC<1.3×10^(9)/L group(P<0.05).Cox multivariate analysis showed that ALC,age and LDH were independent factors affecting the death prognosis of MM patients(P<0.05).Conclusions ALC is closely related to the prognosis ofMM patients.The lower the ALC value,the higher the mortality rate.
