摘  要:采用Tb4O7作为扩散源对N50磁体进行晶界扩散处理,平行于取向的面扩散后磁体的H_(cj)增加了8.83 kOe,达到22.74 kOe,垂直于取向的面扩散后磁体的H_(cj)增加了8.86 kOe,达到22.77 kOe。通过对磁体的不同位置的H_(cj)进行分析,在距表层500~750μm处获得最大H_(cj)为26.77kOe。对磁体的Tb,Nd和O元素的分布进行分析,发现在表层有较高的O富集,进一步分析发现磁体中的O含量对磁体的微观结构,磁体性能和热稳定性产生了影响,得出控制磁体的O含量是取得晶界扩散良好效果的关键因素。In this paper,Tb_(4)O_(7)was used as the diffusion source for the grain boundary diffusion treatment on the N50 magnet.After diffusion,the H_(cj)of the magnet that diffuses parallel to the orientation plane increases by 8.83 to 22.74 kOe,and the H_(cj)of the magnet that diffuses perpendicular to the orientation plane increases by 8.87 to 22.77 kOe.By analyzing the H_(cj)of different positions of the magnet,the maximum H_(cj)is 26.77 kOe at a depth of 500-750μm from the surface.The analysis of the Tb element,Nd element and O element of the magnet finds that there is a oxygen enrichment in the surface layer.Further analysis reveals that the oxygen content in the magnet has an effect on the microstructure,performance and thermal stability of the magnet.In conclusion,controlling the oxygen content of the magnet is the key to achieve a good performance magnet by grain boundary diffusion.
