摘 要:猫致死性全身系统性疾病(Virulent systemic disease,VSD)由猫杯状病毒高致病性毒株(Virulent systemic feline calicivirus,VS⁃FCV)引起。患猫感染后表现为全身性症状,累及多个器官组织,引起高致死率。由于尚未发现VS⁃FCV相应的临床和遗传标志物,且疫苗免疫效果有限,给猫杯状病毒的防治带来了新的挑战。本文通过综述VS⁃FCV引起的流行病学特征、临床特点、病原学特性和生物学特性方面的研究进展,对该毒株的判定方法进行讨论,以期为其临床诊断和相应疫苗的研发提供理论依据。Feline virulent systemic disease(VSD)is caused by virulent systemic feline calicivirus(VS⁃FCV).Affected cats have systemic symptoms multiple organs damage,which causes a high mortality rate.The immune effect of the vaccine remains limitations because related clinical and genetic markers of VS⁃FCV have not been found yet,which brings new challenges to the prevention and treatment of feline calicivirus.In this paper,the method to determining the virus strain was discussed by reviewing the research progress in epidemiological,clinical,etiological,and biological features caused by VS⁃FCV,which aimed to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical diagnosis and the development of corresponding vaccines.
