摘　　要：猫麻疹病毒(Feline morbillivirus,FeMV或FmoPV)是副黏病毒科(Paramyxoviridae)麻疹病毒属(Morbillivirus)中新发现的病毒,通常在患有泌尿系统疾病的家猫尿液中检出,且在世界范围内分布广泛,但FeMV和肾脏疾病之间的联系存在争议。此外,该病毒的组织嗜性、致病过程以及吸附入侵宿主细胞的机制也尚未明晰,但与同属的其他麻疹病毒具有一定共同特征,如信号淋巴细胞激活分子家族成员1(Signalling lymphocyte activation molecule family member 1,SLAMF1)可提高宿主细胞对FeMV的敏感性。本文从FeMV的发现出发,总结了FeMV病原学、流行病学以及致病特点,并归纳讨论了其与肾小管间质肾炎(Tubulointerstitial nephritis,TIN)的潜在联系,以期为深入揭示FeMV致病机制提供一定的参考。Feline morbillivirus(FeMV,FmoPV)is a recently discovered virus,belonging to the genus Morbillivirus of the virus family Paramyxoviridae.FeMV is usually detected in the urine of domestic cats with urinary system diseases and showed a worldwide distribution.However,the inevitable link between FeMV and kidney diseases has been controversial.In addition,the tropism,pathogenesis,and the receptor through which the virus enters the host cell are not yet determined,but it shares some features with the genus Morbillivirus,such as signaling lymphocyte activation molecule family member 1(SLAMF1),which can enhance the host cell susceptibility to FeMV.In this paper,we summarized the possible mechanisms of FeMV pathogenicity from the discovery of FeMV and discussed its potential association with tubulointerstitial Nephritis(TIN).This paper will provide some references for further study of FeMV pathogenesis.
