摘　　要：手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)是一种由人肠道病毒(Human enterovirus,HEV)感染引起的儿童常见的全球性急性传染病,多发于5岁以下婴幼儿。我国是HFMD的主要流行地区,近年来每年的感染报告病例数居高不下,已经严重影响我国儿童的生命健康。柯萨奇病毒A6型(Coxsackievirus A6,CVA6)和柯萨奇病毒A10型(Coxsackievirus A10,CVA10)是导致HFMD的主要病原体。然而,目前尚未有CVA6和CVA10的预防疫苗或特效治疗药物。为此,本文基于致手足口病CVA6和CVA10,对其疫苗最新研究进展以及疫苗研发中的挑战作一综述,以期为HFMD的科学防控及疫苗研发提供有价值的信息。Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a common global acute infectious disease in children caused by human enterovirus.The disease mainly affects pediatric populations younger than 5 years old.In recent years,the number of reported cases of HFMD was very high in China,which seriously affected the life and health of children.Coxsackievirus A6(CVA6)and Coxsackievirus A10(CVA10)are main pathogens causing HFMD.However,there are no prophylactic vaccines nor specific treatments for CVA6 and CVA10.Based on CVA6 and CVA10 viruses,this paper reviews the latest research progress and challenges of CVA6 and CVA10 vaccine development,in order to provide valuable information for scientific prevention and control of HFMD.
