摘 要:煤矿井壁变形过大存在较大的安全隐患,容易导致煤矿坍塌,影响煤矿开采的正常进行。传统的井壁变形监测方法依靠人工完成,无法实现全面监控。针对以上现状,设计了一种基于ZYNQ的煤矿井壁应变测试系统,系统设计有8个通道的数据采集节点,通过主控模块、微弱应变信号调理采集模块、电源健康管理模块、Flash存储模块、预警模块以及USB3.0通信模块建立了一整套井壁变形监测预警系统。实际应用表明,该系统稳定可靠,数据传输速度达到120 Mb/s以上,有助于井上数据监测中心人员对井壁进行提前加固处理,对于预防煤矿坍塌有较大意义。Excessive deformation of coal mine shaft wall poses significant safety hazards,which can easily lead to coal mine collapse and affect the normal operation of coal mining.The traditional deformation monitoring method of shaft wall relies on manual work,which can not achieve comprehensive monitoring.In view of the above situation,a coal mine shaft wall strain test system based on ZYNQ was designed.The system has eight channels of data acquisition nodes.A complete set of shaft wall deformation monitoring early warning system was established through the main control module,weak strain signal conditioning and acquisition module,power health management module,Flash storage module,early warning module and USB3.0 communication module.The practical application shows that the system is stable and reliable,with a data transmission speed of over 120 Mb/s,which is helpful for the personnel of the underground data monitoring center to reinforce the shaft wall in advance and has great significance in preventing coal mine collapse.
