摘  要:针对当前悬臂式掘进机掘进工作面掘、锚不能平行作业,临时支护、永久支护及各工序转换占用时间长、掘进机开机率低等问题,设计研制了一种循环前移式巷道门式支架机械手搬运临时支护系统。介绍了临时支护系统结构、工作原理及现场工业性试验情况。采用前掘后锚掘锚平行作业配套技术装备,使掘进巷道的时间和空间得到充分利用,并且减少了锚杆钻机和管线来回移动等工序,使循环作业时间大大缩短,掘进机开机率、掘进单进和工效大幅度提高。In view of the problems in the cantilever roadheader excavation face at the current,such as the excavation and anchor cannot be operated in parallel,the temporary support,permanent support and the conversion of various processes take a long time,and the roadheader start-up rate is low,a circular forward moving roadway gate type support manipulator handling temporary support system was designed and developed.The structure,working principle and field industrial test of temporary support system were introduced.The use of supporting technical equipment for parallel operation of front excavation and rear anchor excavation makes full use of the time and space of the excavation roadway,and reduces the back-and-forth movement of the anchor drilling rig and pipeline,which greatly shortens the cycle operation time.The start-up rate,single advance and work efficiency of roadheader have been greatly improved.
