摘 要:为提高深孔活塞杆接头孔标准结构的加工效率,设计了一款非标专用组合刀具。在同一台立式加工中心上进行活塞杆接头孔工序的加工,将原来的分步加工与设计的组合刀具加工进行对比。经过对比分析,2种加工方法加工出的接头孔都能达到图纸要求;相对于原来的分步加工,使用组合刀具加工,减少了2次换刀,该工序减少加工时长138 s,效率提升23.7%。结果表明,所设计的组合刀具达到了预期效果,在加工出合格产品的前提下,减少了换刀次数和重新定位所需的空行程时间,该工序的加工效率得到了较大提升;该组合刀具使用机夹刀片,刀尖失效后更换方便,减少了刀具种类,降低了生产成本。A non-standard special combination tool was designed to improve the machining efficiency of the standard structure of the deep hole piston rod joint hole.The machining of the piston rod joint hole process was performed on the same vertical machining center,and the original step-by-step machining was compared with the designed combination tol machining.After comparison analysis,the joint holes machined by both machining methods could meet the requirements of the drawing;compared with the original step-by-step machining,the machining with the combination tool reduced 2 tool changes,and the process reduced the machining time by 138 seconds and increased the efficiency by 23.7%.The results show that the designed combination tool achieves the expected effect,and reduces the number of tool changes and the empty travel time required for repositioning under the premise of machining qualified products,and the machining efficiency of this process has been greatly improved;the combination tool uses machine clamping inserts,which are easy to replace after tip failure,reduce the tool types and lower production costs.
